Traffic Management Plans (TMP)
At T and T Traffic Management, we provide professional Traffic Management Plans designed to support safe, efficient works on live roads.
Our TMPs are prepared by a planner holding the latest NZTA-recognised micro-credential qualifications and are developed to be fully COPTTM and NZGTTM compliant, ensuring they meet council approval requirements and current industry standards.
We offer a fast turnaround, with COPTTM TMPs completed within 24–48 hours (excluding council approval time), without cutting corners. Our plans are clear, practical, and designed to be implemented smoothly on site — not overcomplicated documents that create delays.
Most importantly, we design TMPs around what works best for the contractor and the site, not what is easiest for the traffic company. The focus is always on safe, compliant traffic management that supports productivity, reduces disruption, and keeps projects moving.
A well-designed TMP sets the job up for success. When the planning is right from the start, the work runs smoother, risks are reduced, and unnecessary delays are avoided — exactly what we aim to deliver on every project.
Traffic Management
Our on-site traffic management services are about more than just setting out cones — they’re about actively supporting your job on the ground.
Our crews are present, engaged, and proactive on site. We manage traffic movements, adjust layouts as conditions change, and respond quickly to what the job requires, helping keep work moving safely and efficiently. We don’t believe in traffic staff sitting in trucks — our team is out on site, switched on, and doing the job they’re there for.
We understand that everyone is feeling the squeeze, and budgets matter more than ever. That’s why we offer highly competitive, cut-throat pricing without cutting corners. You get active, professional traffic management that delivers results — not inflated costs for minimal site involvement.
We work closely with contractors and site supervisors to ensure traffic management is practical, compliant, and aligned with the work programme. The result is fewer disruptions, reduced downtime, and better value for money.
If you want hands-on traffic management, clear communication, and pricing that makes sense in the current market, T and T Traffic Management is the team to have on your site.
Hire Gear
For contractors who prefer to manage traffic on site themselves, T and T Traffic Management offers reliable, compliant traffic management equipment hire with flexible support options to suit how you work.
We supply well-maintained, fit-for-purpose equipment that meets current COPTTM and NZGTTM requirements, ensuring everything on site is compliant and ready to use. Our hire options suit a wide range of works, from short-term jobs to longer-duration projects.
Where required, we also offer a site setup and handover service. We can supply the equipment, complete the initial setup in accordance with the approved TMP, sign it over, and leave you to manage the site for the duration of the works.
With practical advice, flexible options, and competitive pricing, T and T Traffic Management provides equipment hire solutions that give you control on site while keeping safety and compliance covered.
