Our Staff

At T and T Traffic Management, our staff are the backbone of everything we do. Simply put, the business would be nothing without them.

Our team consistently goes above and beyond for our clients, bringing a proactive, hands-on approach to every site. They’re engaged, switched on, and focused on delivering traffic management that actively supports the work being carried out — not just standing by.

We invest heavily in our people and their development. Our crew hold a range of TTM qualifications, with ongoing training to ensure skills remain current, compliant, and aligned with COPTTM and NZGTTM requirements. This commitment to training means our staff are confident in their roles, capable of managing live sites, and able to respond effectively as conditions change.

What sets our team apart is pride in the job and accountability on site. They communicate clearly, work closely with contractors, and take ownership of outcomes — because they understand that good traffic management makes a real difference.

At T and T Traffic Management, we don’t just put people on site. We put the right people on site, we put people who care.
